Healthy Recipes: Cucumber Basil Lemonade

Ingredients:
1/4 to 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
1 cup sugar (you can use sugar substitute or honey if desired)
4-6 lemons, juiced
1 large cucumber, juiced
Cold water
Instructions:
- Heat about a cup of water to boiling and pour over basil leaves.
- Let basil steep until cool. Strain.
- Juice 4-6 lemons and 1 large cucumber into a pitcher.
- Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Add cooled basil tea and stir.
- Pour in cold water as needed to adjust for strength and sweetness.
