Black Bean, Raspberry Chipotle Salsa

Using already prepared ingredients, this recipe is a snap to put together and makes a delicious and nutritious dip for chips or topping for tacos. 
Ingredients:
1 15 oz. can of black beans, drained
1 15 oz. can of whole kernel corn, drained
1 12 oz. package prepared pico de gallo (found in the produce section)
2 Tablespoons raspberry chipotle sauce (can most often be found with the marinades in grocery stores)
Additional fresh jalapeno, chopped (optional)
Process:
Simply combine all ingredients in a large bowl.  You won’t believe how simple and delicious this dish is.  It’s versatile as well. Use it to top omelets, in cold rice or pasta salads, or serve as an appetizer on endive leaves or romaine lettuce spears.
